Parent Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! Be sure to sign up with your login code at PTCfast.com to get the time that you are hoping to meet. We have the possability of conferenceing on Wednesday, November 6th from 3:00-6:15 (times are every 15 minutes) or Thursday, November 7th from 1:00-4:00 (again 15 minute meeting times).
Don't forget the PTO will be holding a Scholastic Book Fair that week as well!

The school year is finally here!! Welcome 1st graders!!
It was fabulous meeting most of you and your families at Open House. I am so excited for the first day of school. Remember that you are welcome to join me in our classroom at 8:00 on the first day of school. Every other morning you will be making a morning choice and then joining me at 8:30 in our classroom. Don't forget to grab breakfast in the lunchroom too!

April 19th author Gordon Briley will be visiting our class. He will be talking to us about his passion for writin and the book that he has written,

Hundreds Day
Our 100th day of school is on Monday, February 11th. We will be celebrating being 100 days smarter with a few 100s activities. One of those ways will be to share the 100s Collections that you are putting together at home. The other way will be to work on creating a trail mix snack collection with 100 items. Please send in a snack that is small in size. For example:
· Cheerios
· Raisins
· Peanuts
· M&Ms
· Cereal
· Pretzel sticks

There has been a big change in my family! I have adopted a baby girl. Her name is Mirah and she is cute as a button.
