Due to the Power Outage days we will be having a quick party at the end of the day on Tuesday. We will be begining our party at 2:10. If you would like to send in the snacks that you have purchased for the party, tomorrow would be the time to do that. Costumes are not necessary for the festivities! We will be sharing treats and playing a few fun games.

Silly Bands

We have been having quite a few problems with the Silly Band bracelets. Due to the problems with trading and the constant distraction Silly Bands will no longer be allowed at school. Please remind your child to leave their Silly Band bracelets at home. Thanks!

Spelling List #1

Spelling List #1 came home in M.O.O.S.E. Boooks today. The spelling test for this list will be on Monday 10-18-10. If you list was misplaced the words can be found under the Classroom Resources tab at the bottom of the page.

Snacks

October 5, 2010

Please send in a healthy snack that will feed 25 children for the month of October. I do not send a snack calendar home with assigned days. I just ask that you send in a snack each month, preferably at the beginning of the month. We keep them on a shelf in our classroom and just grab them as we need them.

We would like healthy snacks that are quick and easy. Crackers, string cheese, apples, etc. are great choices.
